Q. How do I know whether you will do a good design job?
A. We have years of experience working with websites and are confident in our abilities to provide both first class product and services.
Q. How long will it take?
A. If you already have a domain & hosting in place we can place your basic contact details online in a matter of minutes - that is how quick it can be. Very basic sites, again with domain & hosting already arranged, we would aim to have fully live within 48hrs.
More detailed websites would obviously need to be worked on for a couple of weeks and we offer several optimisation schemes.
Q. I dont have a domain or hosting can you sort this out for me?
A. Yes, we can! What we ask you to do is decide on a domain name - we can check availability for you - we would then purchase in your name and arrange hosting in your name.
This means that you own the domain, for the purchased period, and would be responsible for the ongoing hosting costs.
(All costs etc would be fully discussed prior to any purchase.)
Q. Is search engine optimisation really worthwhile?
A. With the number of websites already on the web and with further growth still predicted, basic optimisation we believe is a necessity for every online business.
If your site is already online we can work with you to improve your search engine placement.
Q. Can you update my existing site?
A. Indeed we can and we will also offer further minor updates free of charge for the following six months.
Q. Can you promote my site for me on the web?
A.We offer search engine optimisation and link management services.
We are also happy to advise our clients on how they might further promote their individual websites and also provide complimentary online marketing information within our website.
Q. What if something goes wrong with the site?
A. If a site for any reason, other than a client's change of mind!, develops a problem then we will correct this speedily and free of charge.
Please be aware that if a site is 'offline' this is generally because their is a hosting problem and it is the hosting company that you should contact.
Q. My current site is a waste of time and has produced no business for me. Why?
A.This could be for a number of reasons and we would be happy to take a look at the site with a view to making your site work better for you. To make a website successful requires marketing both on and off line.
Q. How can you offer a website so cheap?
A. We know what it is like when you first start out and need to budget which is why we offer our business card website. Whilst giving you an online presence the page requires the minimum of work from us with you simply providing a choice of colour and your required contact details.
